In MacroFactor, go to Nutrition → top-right menu → Export. Drop the xlsx here. It reads the "Calories & Macros" sheet for daily totals and the "Scale Weight" sheet for your weigh-ins. Safe to re-import — duplicate dates are updated, not duplicated.
